The classes in the Open Programs are carefully established considering Physical Strength, age and developement of each student.
This class is offered to teens and adults who have very little to no experience in classical ballet and are interested in improving flexibility, musicality and coordination in a pleasant atmosphere. The class is 1 hour, once a week.
An intermediate level Hip Hop class.
Class is 1.5 hours, once a week. Students participate in year end performance.
Barre a Terre
This is a body conditioning, floor work class. This class exercises will work
on all the muscles of the body, emphasizing abdominal strengthening and flexiblity, as well as
back flexibility and strength needed for classical ballet. This class can be used as part of a regular
workout. It is one hour long, once a week.
